8. Updates to This Policy

By registering for the AI Mastery Workshop ("Workshop") conducted by Aivaani AI Consulting and Solutions ("Aivaani", "we"), you agree to the following terms.
1. The Workshop
The Workshop is a 2-hour offline session held at our Surat office: Shop No. 311, Gokul Solitaire, VIP Road, Vesu, Surat 395007.
Sessions run from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM IST, available daily, 7 days a week.
Each session is capped at 12 seats on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Workshop is an introduction to current AI capabilities. It is not a certification program.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Registration & Payment
The fee is ₹197 per seat. Your seat is confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay.
Aivaani reserves the right to refuse registration at our discretion.
You agree to provide accurate name, email, and phone number for communication and entry verification.
4. Attendance, Rescheduling, & No-Shows
If you cannot attend your selected date, you may reschedule once by notifying us at least 24 hours before the session via WhatsApp or email.
No-shows forfeit the seat with no refund or reschedule (see Refund Policy).
5. Educational Disclaimer
All content shared during the Workshop is for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantee of any specific income, career outcome, business result, or skill level. Your results depend entirely on your effort, follow-through, and application. Examples or case studies represent individual experiences and are not promises of similar outcomes.
6. Intellectual Property
All Workshop content — including slides, exercises, frameworks, and recordings (if any) — is the intellectual property of Aivaani. You may use the knowledge for your own learning and business but may not record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share the materials without written permission.
7. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward the host, staff, and fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove anyone causing disruption, with no refund.
8. Upsells & Backend Offers
At the end of the Workshop, we may introduce you to our paid courses, consulting services, or other Aivaani offerings. Purchase of any backend offer is entirely optional and not required to attend or benefit from the Workshop.
9. Force Majeure
Aivaani is not liable for failure to deliver the Workshop due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, or venue issues. In such cases, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aivaani's total liability arising from your participation is limited to the amount you paid (₹197).
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every attendee to feel confident booking the AI Mastery Workshop. Here's our refund and cancellation policy in plain language.
1. General Policy
Due to the limited seat count (12 per session) and the operational cost of holding a venue, the ₹197 workshop fee is non-refundable once paid.
2. Free Rescheduling
If you can't make your booked date, you can reschedule to any other available session within 90 days, free of charge — provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

3. If Aivaani Cancels the Session
If we cancel a session for any reason (low registrations, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure), you have two options:
Full refund of ₹197 processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.
Free transfer to any future session of your choice.
4. No-Shows
If you do not arrive at the venue on your scheduled date and have not requested a reschedule at least 24 hours prior, your seat is forfeited. No refund or future credit will be issued.
5. Refund Processing Time
Where a refund is applicable, it will be initiated within 2 business days of approval and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
